Privacy
When you visit our contact surfaces, information about you is collected via cookies, which are used to adapt and improve content and advertisements. If you do not want such information to be collected, you should delete your cookies and refrain from further use of our contact surfaces. The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the content that will be most likely to be relevant to you and be able to provide the services you have requested, such as to send a newsletter or order a call. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Cookies
Cookies are a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile phone etc. accordingly for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as virus. It is possible to delete or block cookies on your computer. If you delete or block cookies, you risk that the contact surface does not function optimally, and that there is content that you cannot access.


Personal information
Personal information is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another. When you use our contact surfaces, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens e.g. by general access to content on the page if you register as a user or order a service. We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with ordering a service.

Group course
If you participate in a group course, you undertake to respect and protect the confidentiality of all personal and health information that you may come into possession of in connection with participation. You agree to share your own personal and health information when I deem it appropriate and will not share or disclose information about other members without their express consent. You may not share, distribute or publish personal and health information shared by others in any way that may violate their privacy or harm their interests. Breaching the confidentiality of other people's information may lead to exclusion from the group and possibly have legal consequences in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law, and of course we would like to be notified of the smallest form of misuse, should it occur accidentally or due to technical or human error.

Retention period
The information is kept for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

How to reject or delete your cookies
Rejection of cookies: You can always reject cookies on your computer by changing the settings in your Internet browser. Where you find the settings depends on which browser you use. However, you should be aware that if you do so, there are many functions and services you cannot use, because these functions and services require the website to remember the choices you make.


Trading conditions
All transactions take place between you and World Parents Organization (WPO), which is a registered social economic enterprise (RSV). 

Confirmation and payment
WPO invoices time spent per 5m, 15m, 30m or per hour. When ordering hours and credits, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of payment. It is an advance payment and remaining hours are invoiced so that it is the cheapest possible for the client in relation to hours and cutting cards at the time of settlement. You can pay via payment card and mobilepay in Danish kroner. All prices are incl. VAT.

No refund or right of cancellation
The service is not covered by the statutory 14-day right of cancellation, as the delivery takes place digitally and the service starts at the time of payment. No refunds can be made for ordered lessons and clip cards. Booked hours can be saved for 12 months or the statutory period.

Right of complaint
Any errors or defects must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered them. It is your duty to indicate and show how the error or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must contact us quickly. Please note that you are always responsible for handling your case and response deadlines. You will receive copies of letters sent by Father's Legal Aid.

Corrections
We reserve the right - at any time - to change our policies, terms and guidelines, which of course must always comply with applicable legislation.

Data processor
All payments are made via Easyme.dk, which is the data processor.
